Founder

Daniel Beaty is an award-winning actor, singer, writer, and motivational speaker. His critically acclaimed plays Through the Night, Emergency, Mr. Joy, and The Tallest Tree in the Forest - Paul Robeson, have been performed at venues ranging from Lincoln Center to the White House, and garnered numerous awards including an Obie award for writing and performance and three NAACP Theater Awards.

Anne Marie Toccket is founder of Procopia, a boutique consulting practice based in Pittsburgh that supports nonprofits, social enterprises and social businesses in fundraising, evaluation, ghostwriting and program design. She holds a master’s degree in international development and nonprofit management from the University of Pittsburgh as well as three bachelor’s degrees in Spanish, journalism and international affairs from Penn State University. 

Jacqui Lindsay is founder of Innovation by Design, an organizational development and strategy consulting firm that brings over thirty years of experience working with organizations, communities, and leaders committed to social and systems change. She supports them to build shared values, vision, culture, and community to guide and produce results they want.

Tyrone Beasley is the Artistic Associate - Director of Outbound Programs at the Rose Theater in Omaha, Nebraska. Tyrone has worked with acclaimed directors: Peter Sellars, Claude Purdy, Charles Marowitz, David Wheeler and Antonio Banderas, among others. Tyrone has performed in theaters around the globe including The Goodman Theatre (Chicago), Victory Gardens Theatre (Chicago), Thalia Theater (Hamburg, Germany), MC93 Bobigny (Paris, France) and The Royal Shakespeare Company (London, England).

Nicole Olusanya is a Boston based arts administrator and educator with more than eight years of professional experience in the industry; she has collaborated with more than twenty five Boston arts organizations and hundreds of professional and emerging artists throughout her career. She is currently the Special Initiatives Manager at ArtsEmerson; facilitating I Dream: Boston and Community Curators, a program that invites local artists and organizers to activate ArtsEmerson’s downtown theatre spaces. Nicole is also a volunteer for Company One Theatre, and a Co-Founder of TC Squared Theatre Company.

Robin Leach is a Los Angeles native, graduating from Los Angeles High School and completing her undergraduate work at the University of Southern California.  Robin earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in International Finance.  After a brief but lucrative stint in the securities industry, Robin found personal fulfillment in the non-profit industry.  She became involved in education while working with Mike’s Math Club (a program of the Milken Family Foundation), providing support to elementary students in Watts.
